**Your Role**

**About Our Team**

CAAD is a dynamic team of cyber security advisors whose primarily objective is to set the direction of cyber security in CASG.

The team provides cyber security advice and guidance to Defence Projects and SPOs, ensures Secure-by-Design principles are implemented and considered in the development and acquisition of ADF capabilities.

In order to support CASG mission CAAD offers CASG projects and programs the following service-offers (but not limited to):

- A Cyber Security Guide that facilitates cyber security requirements definition/identification.
- Provision of advice and guidance on Cyber worthiness.
- Cyber Security professionalisation.
- A platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration in CASG e.g., a cyber-security Community of Practice (CoP).
- Project documentation reviews.
- A passion for cyber security and always displays a can-do attitude.
- Well-developed understanding of cyber compliance to relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence’s mission and policy requirements.
- The ability to conduct document review and assist CASG Projects and Program Offices identify cyber security requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to tailor communication style and language to suit various audiences (technical and non-technical stakeholders).
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills to identify efficiencies in security processes and can contribute to strategic planning.
- Experience in preparing written briefs or reports with clear recommendations, on complex cyber security matters and;
- Works extremely well both independently and as part of a team.
