
Learning & Development Manager

**Overview**
This role and will form part of the Corporate Markets HR Leadership team, and collaboratively contribute to the overall delivery of the people strategy & day to day people needs for this business unit. It is a generalist L&D Manager role which will have an immediate focus on the development of Leadership, Sales and Account Management Capability and Onboarding programs for our Corporate Markets business.
In addition, this role will also work with and other L&D Managers across our business units to support the holistic training needs of the business (including required learning) and act as a trusted advisor to Senior Leaders within Corporate Markets to guide them on developing learner focused, sustainable programs that deliver true organisational capability uplift.
**The role in some more detail**
- In collaboration with the Head of HR, develop and implement the L&D Strategy for Corporate Markets
- Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to identify and create capability plans for each BU area, and inform the BU Training and L&D budget.
- Develop an ongoing sustainable approach to ensuring capability plans are regularly refreshed to support business requirements
- Partner with and manage key vendor relationships for the design and delivery of Corporate Markets learning programs.
- Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to identify, design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives that support the L&D Strategy and BU Capability Plans and act as a trusted advisor on contemporary approaches to learning design
- Project manage the design and delivery of learning initiatives ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and deliver on agreed business metrics
- Design learning initiatives that are responsive to adult learning principles and the Link Group visual design and accessibility standards
- Ensure learning programs and materials are kept up to date and remain business relevant
- Some facilitation may be required
**What we would like to see from you**
- Degree-educated in HRM or a related discipline, combined with a strong demonstrated understanding of contemporary learning design
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels.
- Confident facilitator with a proven ability to consult on capability needs in workshops and ideation sessions with Senior Leaders
- Strategic stakeholder partnership with demonstrated ability to work in a complex environment
