**As an Operations Support Officer, you will be at the heart of delivering essential services to Queenslanders.

Some of your key responsibilities include:
Working as part of a small team and liaising with a range of stakeholders to ensure the efficient operations of the unit.
Delivering frontline customer service including investigating complaints and providing information and advice to customers and stakeholders.
Administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS) and various passenger transport products including licencing, industry authorities and accreditations for passenger transport services.
Assisting with performance monitoring of service contracts and accreditations.
Maintaining your knowledge and understanding of procedural and legislative guidelines.
