- **630am - 3pm**:

- **Join the catering team in retail & functions**

**Key Duties**
- Assist with organising front of house team in the daily operational demands - set up, service and pack down.
- Support and supervise the delivery of service across retail and boarding as well as functions and events
- Ensure food safety practices are always followed and adhered too
- Some barista experience preferred

**The Person**
- Previous experience as a leader within a hospitality environment.
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Strong Occupational Health and Safety focus
