As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. About Goodstart Clayfield Goodstart Early Learning Clayfield is a beautiful three room, open plan boutique centre We are a very supportive and inclusive team and have an experienced leadership team The centre was constructed in 1986. The owner/operator at the time was inspired by his own upbringing and designed the centre to reflect his childhood. It is modelled on the "Queenslander" style houses in the area. This is to assist with making the children feel like they are being cared for in a more home-like environment. Our side yard consists of our “sustainable space” where children have planted their own seedings and watched them grow. Along with this, in this space children are taught about the act of being sustainable, and ways in which they can contribute to a more beautiful Earth.
