**VETERINARY PRACTICE MANAGER**
- INNER NORTH BRISBANE
- IMMEDIATE START
- $65K per annum neg based on experience/38 hours per week

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager and providing support to a highly qualified and very experienced team of 4 Vets and 5 Nurses.

To be considered for this role your CV must demonstrate your ability and experience in the following areas:

- Overseeing all operational and people matters within the clinic including communications, procedures, and business services.
- Managing the financial performance of the clinic, stock control, procurement, accounts, budgets, and profit and loss.
- Responsibility for work health and safety compliance, facilities and maintenance, assets and equipment as well as cleaning and presentation standards.
- Lead on all employee matters including recruitment, workforce planning, health and wellbeing, recognition awards, people performance, training and development.
- Being highly engaged in customer experience and client loyalty activities, clinic service streams, marketing, digital services, social media, complaint resolution and compliments.
- Reception duties
