**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for an Events Coordinator to join our marketing team on a
**Full Time**
**Fixed Term Contract (6 Months) **to cover an upcoming maternity leave. Based at our
**Head Office in Clayfield** you will be responsible for the administration, coordination, and delivery of internal and external events across the Group, including doctor/referrer events, trade shows, conferences, educational events and staff engagement activities.

**You will**:

- Be responsible for the end-to-end planning and event coordination of annual conferences including liaising with all stakeholders and sponsors
- Coordinate referrer events for educational dinners, and events
- Create and design sponsorship prospectus
- Consolidate feedback and metrics for event /program success measurement
- Provide metrics and analysis for future events
- Provide post-event referrer growth analysis for BDMs and participating doctors
- Co-ordinate attendance at trade shows/conferences
- Ensure brand representation/placement at all events
- Coordinate staff events
- Coordinate meeting with external and internal stakeholders
- Be responsible for Sponsorship Management
- Provide feedback on useful benefits and renegotiate and advise for future value.

**About You**
You are an experienced Events Coordinator with a proven ability to coordinate and facilitate engaging and creative event solutions.

You will also have:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholder’s expectations
- Good business acumen and attention to detail
- The ability to take initiative when required and work collaboratively
- A current ‘C’ class Queensland Driver Licence
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A solid understanding of promotional marketing and/or a broader interest in marketing in the healthcare centre
