Occupational Therapist

Therapy Time is a small, family-focused paediatric practice supporting children and families across North Brisbane. We deliver occupational therapy, speech pathology and dietetics in homes, schools, kindys, our clinic, and via telehealth.

• Immediate caseload — step into an existing caseload + significant waitlist
• Admin done for you — we handle intake, marketing, and billing.
• Support when you want it — optional supervision and peer connection.
• Opportunities to get involved in exciting projects, including kindy partnerships, delivering school workshops/PDs, and parent coaching.
• Earning potential: $119K–$130K/year (20 billable hrs/week) or $227K–$247K/year (full-time equivalent).

• Work as a contractor to provide paediatric OT in homes, schools, kindys, clinic, or online.
• Partner with families and educators to support meaningful outcomes.
• Conduct assessments, set goals, and deliver therapy programs.

• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist.
• Passionate about working with children and families.
• Confident working independently in community settings.
• Current driver's licence, and access to a car.
• (Preferred) At least 1 year of paediatric OT experience.

• Subcontractor role at $115–$125/hour.
• ABN and professional insurances required (or willing to obtain).
