**What You'll Do**:
Are you ready to take the first step in a promising leadership career? As a Trainee Category Manager, you'll play a vital role within our Category Team, working closely with an experienced Category Manager to grow your skills and knowledge. This exciting opportunity allows you to take charge of a key category, managing a portfolio of products in the Haircare, Men's Grooming, and Hair Removal sectors.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Take full ownership of the quality of your work, contributing to a positive team environment and delivering impactful results.
- Analyse key data to identify insights into product performance and implement actions to optimise sourcing and promotions.
- Review pricing strategies and margins to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with your team and supply partners to manage category range reviews and promotional plans.
- Work closely with the Financial Manager to oversee budgets and ensure your category's financial performance aligns with the P&L goals.
