**Key responsibilities**
- Responsible for delivery of sourcing initiatives within their category and vendor segment. They will initiate the development and execution of sourcing strategies in line with the category plan to drive commercial value for the business over both short
- and medium-term horizons while also managing risks associated with their category
- Orchestrate the sourcing process, including determining the sourcing strategy, executing the appropriate due diligence required, conducting market/supplier analysis, price benchmarking and conducting the negotiation process
- Provide ongoing commercial advice on the execution requirements of assigned contracts/Master Services Agreement and support the Contract Owner with advice and support, inclusive of spend analytics, identification of scope creep and off-contract spend, and commercial KPI tracking/performance reporting

**Key selection criteria**
- Experience in Sourcing and negotiating
- Ability to operate as generalist procurement/sourcing/category support across various categories
- Experience aligning Sourcing/Contracting Strategy to Business Strategic
- Understanding of end to end procurement lifecycle management across Strategy, Source to Contract, Supplier Relationship Management through to Req. to Pay
- Ability to problem solve and deal with complex and ambiguous situations
- Ability to understand risks and appropriate control options
- Ideally one person will have Technology sourcing/procurement/category experience
