Channel Activation Specialist

We are looking for a passionate **Channel Activation Specialist** - Professionals who aligns with our values and culture, takes pride in their contributions, and can challenge the status quo with disruptive go-to-market programs and campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work in conjunction with the National Channel Activation Manager and Key Sales Channel Managers to create customized activation strategies for Professional customers including but not limited to Painters, Builders, Architects..
- Develop, execute, and create effective customer activation strategies, utilizing shopper insights and customer strategies to nurture customers through the purchasing funnel.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor actions, and consumer trends to optimize activation strategies and achieve innovative results in line with national goals.
- Drive innovative and best in class activation outcomes against National plan objectives, developing and managing channel specific promotional plans end-to-end.
- Work closely with the Brand Managers and Senior Sales Managers to ensure learning and ideas are cross-pollinated across the activation team. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or marketing
- 5 years proven experience in channel activation, marketing, or a similar role with a strong track record of delivering exceptional campaigns to market.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of shopper marketing programs in market dynamics and challenges.
- Knowledge of paint, building or construction will be advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic partnership plans.
