- Foster collaboration for agile operational solutions, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs in Building, Maintenance, and Asset Management.
- Oversee change management processes, implement metrics for consistent quality outcomes, and develop a strategic framework for end-to-end delivery.
- Drive new business opportunities, integrating intake processes and informing the departments Portfolio Management Framework.
- Represent the business unit in presenting updates and reports to the Executive Leadership team.
