**Description**:
About you

**In this role your broad responsibilities will include**:

- Provide product specific quotations and support for the LSC sales team and customers.
- Increase sales through relationship building, promotion of LSC products and service.
- Build customer support and loyalty by producing continuous and high-level customer service.
- Identify sales opportunities by suggesting new/alternative products.
- Undertake repairs and/or modifications to electronic security products returned to LSC.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in the role you will possess the following**:

- Willingness to help and can-do attitude.
- Experience in Networked electronic security access control, alarm and CCTV systems is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years experience as Technical/Sales Support within the electronic security industry is desirable.
- Commitment to high quality customer service principles.
- A good telephone manner with demonstrated patience with customers.
- Ability to understand problems communicated by telephone and the capacity to clearly articulate solutions by phone to customers who may have mínimal levels of computer literacy.
- Proven ability to quickly, and efficiently analyse electronic/ mechanical problems and to propose solutions.
- A demonstrated ability to organise their own time efficiently and can work to deadlines and established targets.
- Computer literate, with excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
- MUST have knowledge or experience in an electronic security industry.
