**Sales & Office Assistant (Full-time / Permanent Part-time)**

We are an Australian owned food manufacturing company, based in Silverwater with a rapidly growing retailer and customer base across Australia. We are fast-growing and looking for an enthusiastic, and self-motivated Sales & Office Assistant to join our growing and dynamic team.

**Essentials skills for the role**
- Computer literate
- Ability to schedule, prioritise and multitask.
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Possess excellent telephone etiquette and a positive outlook.
- Solutions focused and able to effectively work with a team.
- Highly organised individual with strong computer and administration skills
- Open minded and enthusiastic about quality and excellence.

**Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Provide day to day sales and administration support (this includes entering sales orders, updating customer details, liaising directly with customers in regard to new or existing orders)
- Entering Purchase and Sales Orders into our inventory system
- Assisting in collating sales assets (this includes marketing material and requirements)
- Planning and scheduling social media posts
- Maintain client relationships via regular communication and meetings.
- Attending to and resolving client-based issues in a positive manner.
- Cold calling new clientele base as required.
- Accurate filing of orders.
- Booking and tracking freight
- Attend to and manage online sales, orders, and customer queries.
- Assist with dispatch and logistics when necessary.
- Organise team and company events.
- Purchasing and negotiating with suppliers as necessary.

Immediate start

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
