We are a busy civil contractor which undertakes projects throughout NSW specialising in water infrastructure predominantly for local governments.

We are looking to hire a accounts officer to assist with day to day running of the business. This is not a remote role and not a work from home role. This role is based in our Thornleigh office. Tasks to be undertaken include:

- Timesheet data entry into Xero
- Invoice collation and entry into Xero
- Assistance with accounts reconciliation
- Weekly payrun and reimbursements
- Record and document management.

- Experience and knowledge of Xero software package
- Knowledge of Civil construction industry advantegous.

Office location is at Thornleigh. Office is located approx 1.2km from a train station.

The company complete projects right throughout NSW. In the past year projects have been completed in the following locations Sydney, Goulburn, Marulan, Lithgow, Mudgee, Nowra, Hawks Nest, Gunnedah, Brunswick Heads, Coolamon.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
