**Job Description**:
Exciting opportunity for three Accounts Payable Officers to join Macca's on an initial 6 month contract. An Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for all processes related to Accounts Payable activities. In this role you will be responsible for an allocated ledger, and will code invoices, gain approvals and prepare for the payment run. A high level of attention to detail and efficiency is needed to ensure invoices are coded correctly and processed within the required timeframe. You will be part of a fast paced and supportive team who will empower you to be your best. Your key working relationships will include the ANZ Finance Team, McDonald’s restaurants, various internal departments and external suppliers and vendors.

**What are the main focus points of the role?**
- Preparing, recording, verifying and paying vendor invoices for goods and services on a timely basis, and respond to vendor queries
- Manually entering invoices, allocating description and processes
- Ensure all approvals are obtained in line with policies and procedures
- Assisting with weekly payment run
- Maintaining vendor accounts and updating details as required
- Effectively investigating queries and resolving accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining, analysing and reconciling accounts payable ledger accounts, financial statements and reports as allocated to support the team
- Ensuring strict adherence to external and internal controls and policies at all times
- Providing clear guidance on compliance to procedures and processes with both internal and external customers

- Able to effectively prioritise tasks and meet set deadlines

- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable is preferred
