The purpose of the Scheduler role is to provide workforce planning and scheduling support to the RTW Services department. This role supports workforce planning across all Service Teams and the scheduling of meetings for the Mobile Claims Specialists with claim stakeholders. This role provides critical support for EML’s early intervention claims management model and in achieving RTW outcomes and meeting our customer’s needs.

This will be a **permanent** position commencing **immediately** based in the **Adelaide** office, with flexibility to work full-time from home when fully trained in the role.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the leadership team across department workforce planning to ensure resourcing and capacity is in place to deliver services to our customers.
- Liaise with claim stakeholders and Mobile Claims Specialists to book face-to-face meetings with claim stakeholders.
- Liaise with workers, employers, providers and other claim stakeholders.
- Maintain an effective filing/archiving system to ensure claim documentation is suitably stored and are readily available electronically.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Advanced competency in the use of Microsoft’s Word, Excel and Outlook computer programs.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills to direct and prioritise own responsibilities and workflow.
- Customer Service and/or Office experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced team environment.
