Grounds Maintenance Star Wanted for Short-Term CBD Role

**Your new company**
Our client is long-standing South Australian insurance company. They’re looking for a maintenance officer to keep their CBD grounds in great condition for a 1-2 month period, with the potential to go longer term for the right person.

**Your new role**
Every day will be different, so this role is perfect for someone who likes to do a bit of everything. You’ll be involved in general property maintenance such as waste management, gardening, cleaning, scheduled and non-scheduled basic maintenance, and other light duties as directed. You’ll generally be working autonomously to prioritise jobs and get them done, but our client is looking for someone who presents well, and have very strong interpersonal skills.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A background in property and grounds maintenance preferred
- Ability to pass NPC and D&A
- Own transport

**What you'll get in return**
- Generous hourly rate
- Full-time hours
- No weekends
