**The Role**

Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, the Sales Consultant works as part of a team for a specific global luxury beauty brand, & builds rapport with customers quickly, demonstrating a high level of product knowledge and efficient transaction skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivers a high level of customer service through exceptional communication, product knowledge and a willingness to go above and

beyond to meet a customer’s needs
- Shows a positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm in all interactions

with customers
- Achieving individual and collective group Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Demonstrates a high level of product knowledge and proactively seeks

further information on new products and market trends
- Works collaboratively as part of a team, showing team spirit and

**Skills Required**:

- Previous experience working within retail / hospitality
- Previous experience within beauty / cosmetics is preferred, but not essential
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cohesively within a team
- A professional and mature approach
- Ability to see the bigger picture and think outside the box
- Dynamic and adaptable
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Availability to work on a rotational roster

**Salary**: From $200.00 per day

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hurstville NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
