**About the role**
Reporting into the Employee Experience Manager, you will be an integral part to the HR team, supporting the end-to-end employee life cycle.
Your responsibilities include:
- Talent Acquisition support including generating letters of offer and onboarding
- The first point of contact for all employee queries and ensuring HRIS data is up to date
- Support key HR annual activities and projects including reward & recognition program, talent and performance reviews, wellbeing activities and offboarding.
- Support the implementation of new HRIS modules (e.g. Recruitment and Onboarding).
**About you**
You are someone who is energetic, smart, loves technology and can operate both autonomously and under pressure.
To be successful in this role, you will have 2-3 years' experience as an HR or Talent Acquisition Administrator in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
You will have high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a business discipline is highly desired.
