As the EA/Office Manager of this boutique property consultancy, you will be responsible for the daily office management of the office whilst also providing Executive support at C-Suite level.

**Duties within the role will include but not be limited to**:
- Daily management of the office
- Stakeholder management
- Minute taking when required
- Creation of presentations and meeting agendas
- Travel coordination when required
- Document preparation
- Project coordination
- Facilities management
- HR Coordination/Onboarding
- CRM and database management
- Payroll coordination
- Bookkeeping
- Invoicing/Expenses
- Ordering office supplies
**About you**:
- 5 years + in a similar EA/Office management role
- Exceptional attitude, immaculate presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role
- Stakeholder management
- Experienced in MS Suite, outlook, and Xero
- Solution focused and proactive nature
- Resilient and able to push back when required
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
- Able to work autonomously and make decisions on behalf of the Executive team
