We’re Hiring: Operations Manager - The Roasting Club (Sydney)
- Lead daily operations at Australia’s most advanced roasting facility_

The Roasting Club is a first-of-its-kind, members-only coffee roasting hub where professionals, private labels, and passionate coffee lovers come to roast, create, and grow. We’re seeking a highly organised, hands-on Operations Manager to run our state-of-the-art facility in Roselands, NSW.

About the Role:
As Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all day-to-day activities. From managing member bookings and equipment to coordinating staff and overseeing safety standards, you’ll ensure The Roasting Club delivers a seamless, high-end experience every time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all operational aspects of the facility, including member onboarding, equipment scheduling, and site logistics
- Oversee maintenance of roasting machines, storage systems, and inventory
- Provide support and technical guidance to members and their teams
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure safety protocols, cleanliness, and compliance standards are upheld
- Coordinate events, training sessions, and private functions as required
- Support membership growth through exceptional service and strong operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, hospitality management, or coffee/roasting facility roles
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with roasting equipment and production environments preferred
- Highly organised with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Tech literate (scheduling systems, inventory tools, CRM platforms)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends for events)
