**ABOUT THE ROLE**

A unique opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our allied health team in a beautiful and community-like residential aged care home located in Roselands, NSW.

If you find joy in helping the elderly, you will have a rewarding experience working here. You will be able to contribute positively by assisting the residents to remain as active as possible and to live as pain-free as possible with your therapy.

**HOURS AND DAYS**
- 38 days a week (Full Time)

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Providing comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and care plans
- Implementing wellness and restorative program to promote active lifestyle
- Providing exercise plans and falls prevention program
- Prescribing mobility and functional equipment
- Participating in professional development and staff education
- Exercising residents in seated group classes

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in aged care advantageous (new grads will be supported by our mentorship assistance)
- Sound clinical decision making
- Experience with pain management modalities and treatment
- Can work independently and in multi-disciplinary environment
- Familiar with manual handling equipment
- Computer literate
- Good documentation
- Full working rights in Australia

- Current police clearance (3 years or newer)
