We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team and spearhead innovative campaigns that resonate with our target market.

**Position: Marketing Specialist**

**Full Time**

**Salary: $75,000 - $80,000**

**Location**: Roselands, NSW 2196

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in messaging and branding.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our marketing strategies innovative and competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
