**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our branch based in Tullamarine VIC 2043. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday - 7.00am - 3.30pm. You will mostly be working outdoors and will work closely with your team to:

- Identify & photograph any damage
- Identify standard and extra accessories
- Meet assigned KPI’s for inspections
- Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers
- Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
- Assist other team members with their duties as required
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch
- Liaise with customers and tow truck drivers regarding the delivery and pickup of assets
- Locate and deliver all assets to the correct storage locations
- Entering the location of assets into our system
- Delivering assets to customers and transport drivers
- Photograph vehicles for auction
- Performing stock take & pre-booking tasks as required

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Passion for cars, trucks & machinery, or experience in a similar role/industry will be highly regarded
- Current & valid drivers' license with ability to drive manual (essential)
- Current & valid forklift license (preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Be comfortable working outdoors
- Competent verbal & written communication skills
- Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
- Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
