ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our branch based in Tullamarine VIC 2043. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday – 7.00am - 3.30pm. You will mostly be working outdoors and will work closely with your team to:

• Complete inspections on a range of assets, by entering the asset description and condition using our customised application
• Identify & photograph any damage
• Identify standard and extra accessories
• Meet assigned KPI's for inspections
• Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers
• Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
• Assist other team members with their duties as required
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch
• Liaise with customers and tow truck drivers regarding the delivery and pickup of assets
• Locate and deliver all assets to the correct storage locations
• Entering the location of assets into our system
• Delivering assets to customers and transport drivers
• Photograph vehicles for auction
• Performing stock take & pre-booking tasks as required

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Passion for cars, trucks & machinery, or experience in a similar role/industry will be highly regarded
• Current & valid drivers' license with ability to drive manual (essential)
• Current & valid forklift license (preferred)
• Attention to detail
• Be comfortable working outdoors
• Competent verbal & written communication skills
• Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
• Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team
