AT-PAC GROUP is a customer service driven scaffold material supplier and contractor that utilizes its industry-leading expertise to provide a full range of products & services to its customers in the industrial, commercial and civil engineering sector. AT-PAC is growing at a rapid pace in the Australia / Asia region.

The responsibilities of the Operations Manager are varied and include:

- Manage day to day operations of the Huntingwood facility
- Manage the budgeted costings of the branch
- Experience with financial reporting & KPI
- Sound knowledge in inventory management
- Keen eye to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience in managing a team of up to 15 yard workers and office staff
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Day to day management of Receiving & Dispatching
- Logistic experience
- Understanding of HR/ER is beneficial
- Ability to time manage effectively
- Have the experience/capacity to be able to mentor and develop team members.

To be successful in this role, ideally, you will have:

- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience including experience in managing a team
- Scaffold Knowledge would be looked upon favourably
- QUANTIFY Inventory programme experience essential
- Experience of Microsoft Excel
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Proactive and shows initiative
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Well-developed time management skills.
- Ability to Work autonomously

Pay: $100,000.00 - $116,000.00 per year
