- **Project Execution**:Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and complete required documentation, including SWMS, toolbox talks, and incident reports
- **On-Site Supervision**:Supervise large and high-risk projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Conduct toolbox talks and provide support to teams on-site.
- **Client Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during projects, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction at every stage.
- **Operational Support**: Collaborate with other divisions and coordinate resources such as staff, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth job execution.
- **Administration and Reporting**: Close jobs using FM Farm software, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and reporting for invoicing.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or equivalent qualification or a minimum of 3-5 years experience in customer service
- Proven experience in cleaning operations management or a related field.
- Strong background in client relationship management and operational oversight.
- RePL (Remote Pilot License) and AROC (Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate) preferred for assisting with drone operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to support and develop high-performing teams.
