Our client is a multinational corporation within the elevator and escalator industry. Due to significant growth, they are seeking a Sourcing Analyst to provide analytical support across the sourcing function. You will be supporting sourcing activities and projects, data analysis and supplier performance management.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our client is a multinational corporation within the elevator and escalator industry. Due to significant growth, they are seeking a Sourcing Analyst to provide analytical support across the sourcing function.

You will be supporting sourcing activities and projects, data analysis and supplier performance management.

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Collects relevant supplier documentation as part of new supplier onboarding.
- Keeps up-to-date supplier documentation throughout supplier's lifecycle.
- Escalates cases of missing documentation to Sourcing contract owners
- Coordinating and executing reporting activities for the Sourcing Team
- Analysis activities across the KEA sourcing function as required.
- Key User for Sourcing Technology such as SAP, KSMP (Spend Reporting & Contract Management), Travel Management, Sourcing Intranet Page& Teams sites.
- Create, maintain (modify, convert, extend, block, delete) and administer data for one or more of the following sources: customers; suppliers; products; material; equipment.

**REQUIREMENTS AND IDEAL PROFILE**:

- Previous experience using SAP: Experience extracting and analysing data with an ERP is also desirable.
- Previous significant experience in a similar role is highly desirable, specifically within the sourcing function of a business.
- High level of computer literacy with deep skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
