**The role**:
This government Department is seeking an Administration Officer to provide Administration and front counter support.

The role is based in Glen Waverly and it is full time onsite role. It is a contract role until 4th of August with possible extensions.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and open the front entrance gate to allow for warehouse stock deliveries and parcel pick up
- Manage the sign-in register of contractors and visitors to the site
- Conduct site safety inductions for visitors & contractors.
- Manage all stationary, general supplies, IT, and uniform orders
- Raising purchase orders
- Assisting with some finance duties as required

**Key skills required**:

- Min 2 years of experience as a Receptionist
- Call centre experience is desirable
- Experience with customer service
- Good organizational skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
