**The Opportunity** We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **HR Business Partner** to support our corporate departments. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, and organisational design. Additionally, you will implement talent and workforce strategies, and support strategy execution. **About You** To succeed in this role, you must be highly collaborative, able to quickly build credibility and trust, and demonstrate strong mental agility with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. A hands-on approach to achieving results and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes are essential. **What You’ll Do** - Partner with leaders to understand their business objectives and develop People strategies that align with Ramsay’s goals. - Provide expert guidance on a range of HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. - Drive the implementation of People initiatives, such as leadership development programs, employee engagement strategies, and diversity and inclusion efforts. - Collaborate with the broader People function to ensure seamless delivery of HR services, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and learning and development. - Analyse workforce data to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend solutions to enhance organisational effectiveness. - Support the development and execution of change management plans during organisational transformations or new initiatives. - Lead efforts in employee relations, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to resolving workplace issues and maintaining a positive work environment. - Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery. **What You’ll Need** - Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, IT, Marketing, or Legal. - Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and industry trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. - Proven track record of working effectively both in team settings and independently. **Benefits** - A competitive remuneration package and comprehensive benefits. - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. - Access to Ramsay Rewards, offering exclusive discounts from leading retailers. - The chance to make a meaningful impact on the delivery of quality healthcare services and contribute to the transformation of our industry. **About Us** Ramsay Health Care is a global leader in private healthcare, with over 70 hospitals and primary care clinics across Australia and a team of more than 30,000 dedicated people.
