Due to increased work we are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the Weir Minerals Multiflo business through the effective coordination and delivery of engineered to order equipment orders from initial sales order entry (contract award ) through execution, commercial and technical risk management, successful delivery of finished goods in accordance with contract delivery obligations and closure
The key responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate between sales, production and engineering to facilitate a smooth transition from SAP order entry through to final delivered product.
- Provide timely communication with our customers including order acknowledgement, progress updates and delivery information in conjunction with the Project Manager
- Manage and maintain customer promised / scheduled delivery dates in SAP
- Document Control in conjunction with Project and Contractual Requirements, to collate and submit to customer where required
- Generate and maintain an Input / Output forecasting which can be utilised for financial forecasting and historical reporting - customer obligations
- Generate all bank guarantees associated with Dewatering project contracts - maintain warranty submissions
- Ensure all project invoicing is completed and issued via SAP in a timely manner and in accordance with contractual obligations
- Maintain high level of SAP expertise to ensure Multiflo capital equipment and service orders are set up efficiently and correctly, resulting in a smooth order execution
- Facilitate execution phase gate, in expediting of project specific service and goods related purchases / down payments and progressive deliveries
- Co-ordination of third party and external Test Inspections & subsequent records
- Facilitate schedules of importing & exporting of goods across global manufacturing points & associated commercial exporting documentation

- Experience of SAP (Quote to Cash) Desirable
