We take on both small and large commercial contracts including ad hoc and projects. Our company is growing quickly and constantly evolving. We respect all team members equally whether they are the people on the ground or the people in the office, making sure the work is facilitated to be on time and on budget. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Under the guidance of the operations manager, oversee and ensure works are delivered on time, on budget and to standard. Stepping in to fill operational requirements anywhere in the business as required. - Examine job requests, plan and implement works approved by management to the appropriate standard. - Build a rapport with clients and develop positive working relationships. - Build bonds with contractors and the team to effectively deliver projects and foster confidence and pride. - Ensuring jobs are logged and traceable in management software (AroFlo) accurately and in a timely manner. - Quoting of works as requested and sourcing new works through proactive assessments on site. - Sourcing, assessing and engaging prospective contractors. - Sourcing and ordering materials and tracking delivery. - Keeping track of upcoming, underway and completed tasks and works in conjunction with Office Administration. - Effective management and utilisation of the most valuable resource, the team. **EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS** - White and Blue cards, and other tickets are an advantage and will need to be obtained if possessed. - Must provide a national police check - An ASIC check may need to be obtained for some sites. - Current First Aid - Pref year 12 completion but not essential with good references and experience. **REQUIRED SKILLS** - Great computer literacy. - Good problem-solving skills. - Trade experience and broad skills knowledge are essential and highly regarded. - Excellent written and spoken English communication. - Great organizational skills. - Excellent time management. - Ability to sell yourself and the business. - A driver’s license and reliable transport are essential. **WORKING CONDITIONS** - A portion of your time will be in the office on the phone and computer. - A portion of your time will be in the field both facilitating and ensuring the delivery of works. - You will be constantly adjusting your day on the go and evolving to suit the situations as they arise. - You will be presented with a wide variety of challenges and projects most days that will require flexibility, creativity and a proactive attitude, - As part of a fast paced and positive team you will find regular encouragement from your peers and coworkers. **BENEFITS** - We are a supportive lively team who accept and encourage everyone we meet. - There will be much room to grow with the business and evolve both yourself and your role within the business - We plan to provide growth opportunities for those who strive for and desire it.
