Based in Western Sydney. Our client is a comprehensive engineering consulting firm with a successful history of delivering remarkable results for the growth of the field. Our client typically works in the Tier 2 space on urban and land development projects.

They offer guidance and implement strategies for real estate developers, city planners, local government entities, state government bodies, and organizations across Australia.

This role has come about as a result of a number of project wins which have provided the company a healthy pipeline of work for the coming year.

**Your new role**
- Lead the design and drafting of detailed civil engineering plans using 12D and AutoCAD software to draft a variety of urban and land development projects to including drainage, stormwater, roads and car parks alongside a team of drafters and work closely with the civil engineering department.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously updating your knowledge of industry trends and advancements

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in land development and solid consultancy experience.
- Proficiency in 12D and AutoCAD software.
- A track record of delivering high-quality designs within urban and land development projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- An ability to work collaboratively within a team.
