**The opportunity**

As a key member of this well-established organisation, you will be responsible for delivering best in class administration experience of luxury products. You should have strong experience in developing new client engagement, creating and maintaining client relationships, a self-starting attitude, and the desire to continuously strive to exceed the client's expectations.

Your general responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Taking minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meetings
- Data entry
- General office duties
- Maintaining the company's social media accounts
- Providing administration support to Senior Management
- Enter all new enquiries into systems
- Customer Service, Client follows up after sales
- Liaise with company suppliers, contractors, and clients
- Electronic filing
- Social media support, website and mailchimp

**About you**

Our client is looking for an individual with a thorough understanding of the luxury market and demonstrated experience building relationships with exclusive clients whilst living the values of integrity, honesty, discipline, professionalism, reliability, respectfulness & accountability.

We have the following minimum requirements:

- 2 to 3 years experience in retail - luxury experience preferred
- You love looking after people and exceeding guests’ expectations every time
- Impeccable presentation
- Computer literate/ Excel/ Word/ Microsoft/Xero accounting software
- Strong phone presence on both inbound and outbound calls
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and a problem-solving attitude
- Willingness and ability to work flexibly, independently, and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable self-awareness and emotional intelligence
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team

You will be required to undertake a National Police check for this position.
