About the role
Our goal to build 'healthier rural people and thriving communities' is the shared responsibility of all involved in care and the Administration Officer is an integral and valued member of our team.
We are seeking a proactive Administration Officer Level 4 to join our team in Parkes within Western NSW Local Health District. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support across the unit to ensure smooth operations, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing and editing documents, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records and data.
You will also assist with team and committee support by transcribing minutes, summarising reports, and providing training and guidance on systems and processes.
