As Head of People & Operations at Ms Frankie, you’re not sitting behind the scenes — you’re on the floor, in the rhythm, and helping shape the future of a hospitality group that’s all heart. From restaurant to wellness space, you’ll guide the people, systems, and service moments that bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide venue leaders with weekly rhythm, training, and team coaching
- Visit venues regularly to support on-the-floor leadership and culture alignment
- Manage FOH rostering, stock approvals, and COG/COL targets
- Lead HEART-based training sessions and staff development programs
- Translate creative direction from the CEO into operational clarity and team alignment
- Roll out operations and team development for new venues (cafés, restaurants, wellness)

- Have led multi-site teams or managed venue leaders with care and confidence
- Are passionate about team training, coaching, and growing people
- Have operational experience in high-end, fast-paced venues
- Thrive in a role that blends strategic thinking with on-the-ground leadership

- Love translating vision into systems, structure, and culture on the floor
