We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Manager of Clinical Services (MCS) to join our Four Seasons Booragoon team. As the MCS, you will closely with the Facility Manager to deliver quality care for the residents.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing clinical reporting and documentation.
- Staff training, provision of ongoing management and support to all care staff.
- Oversight of all specialised nursing.
- Working closely with the Facility Manager, AMCS, and leadership team to ensure consistent compliance with all Aged Care standards and Regents Garden Quality Care policies and procedures.
- Ensure all staff adhere to safe practices and follow all OHS requirements.
- Audit systems and data, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications / Experience required for this role**:
- Qualified Registered Nurse with current APHRA registration.
- Minimum three years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
- A hands-on approach to your role with a focus on customer service and leadership.
- Capability and experience in leading a team.
- Knowledge of iCare and strong computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- A robust approach to managing time effectively and the ability to work within deadlines.
