**Junior Production Admin Assistant**

Established in 1999, this iconic Australian menswear and Kidswear brand boasts a comprehensive range of quality shirting, chinos, denim, shorts, outerwear, knitwear, accessories & European-made leather footwear.

Our department is growing and as a result we are looking for a motivated Junior Admin Assistant to join our Head Office Production team

**About the role**

Reporting to the Production Coordiantor, this fast paced role is responsible for increasing sales by assisting with the effective production process, where products are produced on time, to budget and to Industrie high quality standards.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Managing incoming samples
- Daily communication to factories and internal departments.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of production documents and tech packs for all product area.
- Taking photos or scanning garments to assist the Production team to communicate construction or fit changes to a supplier
- Filing and sample management

**About you**
- Be an ambassador for Industrie and Indie Kids and have a passion for the brand
- Possess well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Possess exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
- Be flexible, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and changing environment
- A positive enthusiastic approach to work environment

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
