I am currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Junior PA/Admin Assistant role for a well-established Accounting Firm based in Sydney CBD.
This position will play a crucial role in supporting the firm’s busy office environment. This company is looking for someone who brings a bubbly personality, a proactive mindset, and a strong willingness to learn. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Admin Assistant who is eager to up-skill and grow within a corporate setting.
**Your new role**
- Assist in maintaining an organised and efficient office environment.
- Support the Director with various tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Diary management, travel management, and inbox management on behalf of the Director
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Ordering stationery
- Onboarding and offboarding staff
- Organise events and catering
- Preparing boardrooms ahead of meetings
- Manage databases
- ATO correspondences using the software system Atomate (training will be provided on the system)
- Liaising with clients on a daily basis
- Proofreading documents ensuring all client details are updated and correct
- Tax assessments
