About the role
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to join CMV Group. This position offers a dynamic work environment, where you'll collaborate with a small but talented team of creative marketing professionals. In this generalist role, you'll take a hands-on approach, spanning brand management, promotion, and digital marketing.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will also partner with General Managers and respective branch/sales managers from the business. You will enjoy regular interstate travel as part of this role.
Key requirements of the Role
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies (including CRM) to drive company growth and customer engagement
- Take ownership of advertising and CRM campaigns from inception to completion
- Design and manage the production of marketing material, including, posters, flyers, newsletters and POS
- Craft innovative marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and driving customer acquisition
- Plan, coordinate and attend events including, product launches, exhibitions, and awards ceremonies
- Monitor competitive landscapes and provide recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with a team of skilled marketing professionals to share ideas, provide support, and achieve collective goals
- Identify and secure advertising and sponsorship opportunities that align with the company’s marketing strategy and campaign goals

Skills / Experience and Qualifications
- Tertiary Marketing or Communications qualifications preferred
- Generalist Marketing experience essential
- Proven competency with graphic design software including In-Design and Photoshop
- Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills essential
- Experience within the business-to-business or within a high net-worth retail product environment desirable
- Strong ability to negotiate and influence to achieve outcomes
- Automotive experience will be highly regarded but is not essential as product training is available
- Current driver’s license with access to a vehicle
