Lifeblood has an inspiring opportunity for you
We are currently seeking an Order Fulfilment Officer to join our team at our Brisbane Processing Centre, in Kelvin Grove.
You will manage and replenish temperature-controlled inventory (blood and blood products), while adhering to cold-chain compliance standards. Operating in a laboratory environment, you are accountable for picking, packing and the timely distribution of life-giving blood and products to Approved Health Providers throughout Queensland. You will work alongside our customer service team and our transport partners to ensure that the right product gets to the right place at the right time. We achieve this through teamwork, collaboration and an uncompromising focus on safety, quality and customer service.
Due to the life-giving work we do, your flexibility and availability to work varied shifts across early morning, afternoon, evenings, and nights are appreciated. Our Brisbane Processing Centre is located close to public transport and we offer onsite parking for staff who are rostered on at night.

Experience in a production, order creation/picking, dispatch or distribution
Ability to undertake routine and repetitive work with high attention to detail
Passionate about delivering great customer service
Collaborative with a strong sense of teamwork
Excellent verbal and written communication
Technical and Digital aptitude
Frequently lift shippers that weigh between 5 - 10kgs
Frequently stand, walk, bend and reach to pack blood and blood products
