Service Desk Officer

**Uniting Communities** is seeking two permanent full time **Service Desk Officers** to join our ICT team. The Service Desk Officer role supports customers by providing quality support and efficient incident resolution. The Service Desk Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation’s technology functions, with responsibly to ensure customer issues and incidents are recorded, triaged, and managed to resolution.
**Duties and Responsibilities of the role include**:
- Coordinate the resolution of incidents.
- Accurately record all incidents and service requests
- Escalate incidents as required.
- Assist in the provisioning of other ICT equipment.

**About the Remuneration**
Benefits - In addition to your salary you can package up to **$15,900** per year pre-tax and benefit from a **$2,650** meals and entertainment card.
