**Description**:
About the Role
The Accounts Receivable Officer will provide administrative support to all members of the Finance Team, specialising in daily banking duties and key credit control support.
This is a 3 Month Full Time - Contract position.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Be able to allocate all EFT payments to customer accounts in a timely manner and ensure that payments are allocated accordingly when required
Manage banking reconciliations and administrative duties on a daily basis
Reconcile Daily Cashbook Entries
Support with all debt collections including contacting customers with outstanding invoices
Accurately maintain all accounts receivable records and reports
Support month end processing and reporting
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
Work collaboratively with internal cross functional teams to provide outstanding customer solutions
Provide exceptional service and maintain relationships with our major account holders
Identify opportunities for process improvement for continuous improvement initiativesd
**Skills and Experience**:
Effective communicator at all levels in the organisation
Attention to detail - Accurate key entry skills and process claims
Team player - you love working collaboratively and cross-functionally
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate acumen in business and function discipline
Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
Have advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
