What will your day look like?
**As a Broker Support Office you will**:
Advanced customer service skills, ensuring first call resolution is of priority
Timely actioning and completion of tasks to meet advertised service level agreements
Completion of regulatory and company compliance through computer-based training courses being completed on time
Embrace the Suncorp Bank Culture and demonstrate these behaviours consistently
Embrace team culture and contribute to positive engagement
Drive a positive risk and governance culture
Proactively identify and manage risk as a first line defence of the bank
Support Banking in projects and deliverables
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Higher School Certificate
Understanding of the Australian Financial Industry
Experience in Contact Centre or Retail (customer facing) highly desirable
Banking &/or Lending experience highly desirable
Demonstrable experience with operational processes and systems (e.g. CBP, Hogan, SunLink, ALLFI etc) highly desirable
