About the Role
Two exciting opportunities exist to be part of Strategic Implementation and Governance to support implementation of the departmental strategy - Equity and Excellence: realising the potential of every student.
As Principal Project Officer, you will undertake a selection of:

- Work collaboratively within the project team to develop content, graphic displays, briefings and strategic messaging for the school supervisor induction program and other events
- Conduct research, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis to monitor the team's impact
- Collaborate with key stakeholders within central office and beyond to align messaging
- Manage competing priorities to ensure colleagues and leaders have timely access to up-to-date, accurate research, information analysis and presentation
- Support project leaders and senior officers by preparing and coordinating reports, submissions, briefings, presentations, meeting minutes and correspondence.

About You

**The ideal applicant will have the following key attributes**:

- Demonstrated sound knowledge, or the ability to rapidly acquire sound knowledge of the department's strategic plan, the department's agenda for improvement in state schools, relevant legislation, and policies and strategies relating to state schools.
- Proven ability to design professional learning content, graphic displays, agendas, and provide creative solutions within a changing environment and in negotiation with key stakeholders.
- Proven ability or willingness to acquire ability, to undertake qualitative and quantitative data analysis to demonstrate impact.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and participate within a team to undertake the timely delivery of a variety of project activities.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to establish productive relationships with a variety of clients and stakeholders.
