**About the role**:
This is an entry-level position, providing a pathway for career growth as you deepen your understanding of how our systems, processes, and procedures operate to support our business objectives.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensuring systems are compliant, functional, up-to-date and running efficiently.
- Support Doctors’ Health Fund employees and triage system issues while seeking to implement permanent and efficient fixes for the issues.
- Ensure all daily administration tasks are completed.
- Assist with the implementation of projects and initiatives.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent (or currently studying).
- Work experience/internship in a similar Application Support or Helpdesk Support role.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Continuous improvement orientation.
- Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills.
