About the role

We have an opportunity for a Application Support Officer to be part of our Microsoft Infrastructure Platform, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Application Support Officer provides technical administration and system support for the day-to-day operations of assigned NSWPF organisational Information and Communications Technology (ICT) applications.

You will be working and supporting end users with many technologies such as Microsoft 365, Configuration Manager, Exchange online, Teams. Can you describe a situation where you successfully managed a modern workplace environment?. Please include details on how you handled various aspects such as user support, system updates, security, and compliance. What strategies did you implement to ensure smooth operations.

Target Question 2:

Can you describe the toolsets you have utilised to manage a workplace environment, including both technical and service management tools? Please demonstrate your understanding of these tools and how you have effectively used them in your role.
