The client is a Luxury Australian fashion retailer who is has a reputation for providing high quality goods across products such as bags, eye ware and other accessories. With over 50 stores across Australia and abroad they have a strong history of industry changing fashion across the Australian market.

**About the Role**

Key responsibilities
- Perform complex software upgrades by deploying STREAMS software onto customer environments
- Develop and update maintenance plans
- Create and compile reports of maintenance activities
- Plan and assist in the delivery and management of projects as well as develop, manage, and track project plans and business cases
- Confidently articulating problems, issues and providing solutions
- Create and maintain documentation for our ERP/business systems
- Provide successful technical solutions to issues in a timely manner

**About you**
- Experience using either InforM3 or Cegid Y2 would be ideal.
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage and negotiate with multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- You'll be able to work autonomously and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines
- Understanding of relational database concepts
