As our Customer Contact Centre Scheduler and Administrator, you’ll work closely with our Customer Contact Centre Divisions to deliver set targets and objectives, all while delivering outstanding Customer Service to both our internal and external customers.

Your primary focus is to provide support to our Customer through their Customer Contact Centre journey, including scheduling, data entry, account payments, service, warranty and general administration duties as required.

To be successful in the role it is expected that you will have the following capabilities.
- Proven experience in job Scheduling in a Customer Centric Environment
- Previous experience in Administration
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be able to multi task
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent communication, dispute resolution and problem solving skills
- Process inbound/outbound calls and requests
- Meet Customer Service Standards and Performance Objectives
